These Terms govern your use of LIQA'A Business Lounge, our website, mobile applications, and facilities. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
All online reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements have been pre-approved by LIQA'A.
Guests reserving a suite or workspace upon arrival may pay at the end of their visit (check-out), unless advised otherwise by our Guest Experience Team.
Approved corporate clients may be offered alternative billing arrangements in accordance with their signed service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website and booking platform are exclusive of the applicable 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Additional Services: Any extra services requested during your visit (refreshments, printing, or reservation extensions) will be added to your final bill and are payable at check-out or as per your agreed billing arrangement.
Reservations cancelled within the permitted cancellation window are eligible according to our Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
LIQA'A takes reasonable care to provide safe, secure facilities; however, guests remain responsible for personal belongings. LIQA'A is not liable for indirect losses or business interruption.
All website content, branding, photographs, logos, and materials remain the sole property of LIQA'A Business Lounge unless explicitly stated otherwise.
LIQA'A may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, mobile applications, or lounge facilities constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
